Faith Adeshina Adewale is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fullbasket Farms Limited, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s diversified agricultural operations. Under his guidance, the farm has grown into a structured and professionally managed agribusiness enterprise committed to sustainable food production, operational excellence, and long-term agricultural development in Nigeria.
He began his academic journey in Computer Science at Iju Computer College, Lagos, obtaining a Diploma in 2001. Recognizing the importance of business knowledge in driving organizational growth, he proceeded to the University of Malta, where he earned a Diploma in Business Management in 2002. During his time in Malta, he also attended Full Gospel College of Malta, earning a Degree in Religious Studies.
In 2004, he advanced his studies at Dublin Business School after completing FETAC Levels 5 and 6, further strengthening his foundation in business and management. His academic pursuit culminated in obtaining a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Liverpool in 2006. This advanced training equipped him with strategic planning, financial management, and corporate governance expertise that continues to shape the structured growth of Fullbasket Farms.
Beyond formal education, he has completed several professional and online courses in agribusiness, covering livestock production, supply chain management, and sustainable farming systems. His multidisciplinary background in technology, business management, and agriculture has positioned Fullbasket Farms as a diversified agricultural enterprise operating with professionalism, accountability, and long-term vision.
